I suggest extra caution working with the screws - the slot is wider than std screwdrivers are thick, so you can send up at an angle before you apply pressure and messing up the soft metal screw slot. Also it is incredibly easy to mark up the hole. I’ve se...

Checked a 3787 and indeed it is different - 1.2mm
But I would be surprised if a 0.6mm screw would be strong enough 3787 1.2mm 3237 / 1.4mm ...
