Cartier Quartz
I own both mechanical and quartz Cartier models. While the mechanical models have all required service the quartz has only had battery changes. I enjoy both types of Cartier, so my advice to you is that if you like the Cartier watch, regardless of movement, then buy it. If you are in doubt, move to a different watch vendor. If you do buy a Cartier, remember to register it at Cartier's website so your warranty will be extended to 5 years.

Consider the Santos Dumont. Small and large sizes are quartz, while the Xlarge is mechanical (but not really XL on the wrist).
