I have the Tank Solar-Beat and the Tank Must
I find them very good looking and I do not mind that they are solar- and battery-powered.
Enough other pieces to worry about the service etc.
But I must admit that when I would spend quite a bit of money on a high end watch,
I probably prefer a mechanical one.

Why does it need to be a quartz? There are great mechanical models.
Consider the Santos Dumont. Small and large sizes are quartz, while the Xlarge is mechanical (but not really XL on the wrist).
