I love this model
I’ve tried on both the white gold version and your yellow gold/green dial one and I’m very tempted by yours. The 96 caliber and the Officer case back are gorgeous. The only thing I keep having a doubt about is the Arabic 12: in the Vendôme limited edition (cf. pic) and in other versions of the 1860, there’s a double index and can’t make up my mind which I prefer… Great watch anyway: congratulations !

but could you say why? Could you put your feeling into words (it would help me)?
Part of it is the font/type used for the 12...
...it is very unique to Chopard. Part of it is having another element to look at. You get numbers and markers. And it's a nice counter-weight visually to the date at 6.
