A few days after purchase...
It's been a week since this piece arrived....
When it comes through my mail box, I figured that I got some homework have to be done.

Mainly about the look of it though...
I decided to give it a little bit polishing, and when I checked the performance, seems that the amplitude still pretty "acceptable" eventhough it's on the lower side, and I got no time yet to give it an overhaul treatment as I got a lot of work that needs to be done first.
But too bad, seems that the back gasket is a bit worn out so I'm still looking for one until it's safe to take under the rain.
Meanwhile, here's the after shot after my polishing treatment...

Well, I still look for a way to remove those stains from the index and those appplied things, removing the shallow cracks (not scratch but crack, around the center at 3 o'clock) in the crystal, and yeah, gotta relubricate the movement too, hehe...
But so far, it's still accurate like a couple seconds per day. I wonder why the movement was designed so that I couldn't adjust its beat error(the stud holder and the balance cock was one part).
Though, overall, I liked it!
Thanks for checking out my inputs!
Best

That can't be undone as it's one form of patinas... Perhaps, if it was on those indexes/applied logos, as long as the material is a solid material (non coated things) I'll try to polish it with my smallest buffing wheel I got, if I got time. Like perhaps,...
