After a long and anxious wait it finally arrived…
Due to the severe import restrictions in my Country the arrival of luxury goods is subjected to long delays but I feel the waiting was very worth it in this case. The white dial Speedy is with me since a couple of days.
I just took a couple of quick shots to share here and yesterday could fit the bracelet to my wrist size to be able to enjoy it on my wrist.
I love the white dial version of Speedmaster which is a variant I had been wishing for a long time.
Though I’m very accustomed to wear a Speedy with the conventional black dial viewing this white one makes me feel like I’m wearing a very different watch.
The beautiful white dial with the red accents of model name and tip of seconds hand make for a completely different personality and looks in my personal opinion.
I begun wearing it yesterday and I guess I will be wearing along the weekend and following week as I’m delighted and happy with its looks.

I managed to see it on release day, happened to drop into a Boutique overseas and they did have one. I was smitten too. I could see myself choosing this over the modern Daytona for certain, it’s a far more appealing package. Maybe in the future. Enjoy it....

Regarding the black hour markers: yes they are shiny but they do not reflect too much light to be annoying. By the contrary I find the black indexes and hand set make for a very clear reading of time during day time. Best cordial regards, Abel
