Contacting Omega Vintage Department - Problems
Hello All
Thanks for all your input regarding the Omeag Seamaster with the 5 digit serial number. Your comments were insightful and very much appreciated. I have been on the Omega site and filled out the questionaie on the details on the watch (now in my possesion and a beauty!) and when I click on the "submit" button, it bounces me back to the questionaire and I have to fill in the blanks again. Is the 5 digit serial number causing the problem. I viewed my history and no records of inquiries are displayed, so i am assuming the question did not go through. Can any one help with suggestions?...am I doing something wrong?

Thanks Tom I sent the e-mail inquiry to the Customer Service Department asking them to forward on to the vintage group. Hopefully it will get to the right people. I forgot about European vacations in August. You may be right about the delay. Dave
