I have never been, but Italy conjures up these thoughts
for me. For some reason Italy has become my favorite country, and I will get
there at some point. When I think of Italy I think of cars, wine, beautiful women,

...which is fine. But on successive visits, get further and further into the countryside. I still have relatives there that I haven't seen for 15 years. But it's so nice to stay in a hill town in the middle of nowhere : )

The real problems is that not many cities here are structured to receive so many tourists all at once. Rome, Florence, Milan and to some extent even Venice can hold that many people, most of other places can not.
