My VC Patrimony Traditionelle 1 year later...

Worn my VC Patrimony Traditionelle for around 1 year now! Time flies!
My VC is always special to me as it was my entry watch to haute horology.

It has timed some of the most beautiful moments in my life the past 1 year, esp with my newborn few weeks back (I shared a post on that).

Some hairlines on the bezel and case but after 1 year.... i can say I not just love this watch as much as I did when I first got the piece but i love it even more now! It has gone thru some tough business meetings with me but also lovely times with the family.

Now I know why watches are so personal to us... they time our best moments as well as our struggles... our trusty companion thru good and bad times.

Here are some pics of my watch 12 months later. Not looking brand new anymore but... much closer to me than before (when it was brand new in the box).

I will always cherish this piece and one of my 3 kids will get it some day.
This is our Patrimony indeed. Thank you fellow VC Purists for sharing your watches with me here for the past 12 months and walking along this journey with me. I may not respond to all posts here but I love all the watches and pictures you share!

superb photography, and to my eyes, the nicest simple three hand watch around. Its only competition is from within VC. No other brand comes close. Hope the Patrimony times many more beautiful moments in your life in years to come.

I agree, it is the nicest 3 hand simple dress watch IMHO too. I chose it over the Patek Calatrava and Lange Saxonia (which came very close!!). The 4400 movement is to die for. Beautifully designed and finished! cheers robin

are not easy to maintain... hairline scratches by even shirt fibres! I only buy precious metal pieces for very special watches that I love alot :) cheers robin

Your watch looks damn good ! It looks prim and new ! Good watch you have. this watch to the brand (VC) is equivalent to what Calatravas are for Patek Philippe watches.
