Patek Philippe Calatrava 570G. Vintage Dials - Variation / Substituted dials?
I am looking for a vintage Calatrava 570G and I was hoping someone could help with an issue I have seen with the dials.
Many have white / cream dials that are flat and plain. This is a good example (although very few are in this good condition):

Byt there are a several that have dials that look slightly more silvery and there are slight variations on the surface of the dial. These two are good examples:

Does anyone know if that difference in the look of the dial indicates that the watch is not authentic, or has a substituted dial?
Or is it just a variation that was genuinely present in 570s made over time?
(An additional details - the second and third watch both have an embossed Patek logo and dont have the 'Swiss' marking at the bottom - whereas most have a printed logo and do have 'Swiss' at the bottom. But not all - the first one, for example, also has an embossed logo and doesnt have Swiss at the bottom).
Obviously, the first one is preferable to most people. But I wondered if the second and third might be faked or altered?
Any thoughts, help, expertise very much appreciated.
Thank you.
