Type and Value of Grandfathers Patek Philippe Watch
I inherited my Grandfathers Watch and I am trying to find out its model and value for Insurance.
It looks like the watch above - its yellow gold with a second hand - but is self winding vs. manual.
It was purchased in the early 1960's.
Any idea's?

I had the same from my passed away father but with ceramic display....it' s a Calatrava , don't know the reference. very charming watch ! concerning the value ......it has value because it is coming from your Grandfathers .... and in this thread we don't ...
could be ref. 3439 if it is an auto Calatrava from the 60ies
If it is small (32 mm in diameter) than it is mostlikely the reference 3439 with the brilliant (!) auto caliber 27-460. The mayority of the 50ies - 60ies Calatravas were manual, so it makes it quite likely to be a 3439. If you post some pictures we could ...
