Please help identify Patek Philippe pocket watch
This Patek Philippe pocket watch originally belonged to my great-grandfather and is engraved on the back with his initials. It includes a 15" gold-Pt chain. I'm curious as to what model it is, when it was manufactured, and any other information.
I tried gently to open it by pressing on the "ears'" but didn't want to apply much force, and I didn't know if there's a dust shield under the back with the serial no. etc, or if the back opens and exposes the movement directly.

We'd need movement number....
Hi, without more information, best movement and case number, it's impossible to say something meaningfull. As purely a guess and judging by what I can see only, it looks like made for the american market. You may try to open the back, use your fingernails...
