I knew someone has one and you just need to know who, and I got my PP5712 against all odds. I guess my luck continued after I found 3 vintage Heuer within one month and now I have my 5712. Beats me why its sought after worldwide, and everyone I spoke to, told me I am goddamn fortunate to get it without waiting years for one. The same goes for my AP15202, walk in and walk out without waiting in queue, now my other half is wearing it. Last Summer, I bought my Aquanaut 5164 and this Summer, 5712, not bad at all. What's next... let me check with the bank manager first...

Yes its a very handsome watch , the 5712a. The assymetrical shape like a porthole is really chic and unique.

I think the 5712's thinness is one of its best characteristics - personally I prefer the thinner microrotor 240 movement over the 315 - and what it may lack in heft the 5712 wins in complexity, details, and refinement. Like you I saw the 5712 in the windo...
