Wearing Jackets or shirts with metal buttons on inner sleeve....
Maybe a bit of an odd question, but many of my casual jackets and some shirts have metal buttons on the sleeves. I love wearing my watches and try to be nice to them, and of course yes I know they are meant to be worn. But I get a little worried when there is a piece of metal on the inside of my sleeve that could just hit or rub against my watch. Anyone else have a solution for this? I have heard some people will stitch a softer material over the metal and get it sewn in place. Anyone else think like this or have a better solution? When wearing something like my 5935 with polished stainless case, I don't want to put unneeded scratches onto the case and bezel.

Sorry but don't have a better solution.
In addition to the problem when wearing a jacket my problem is when I wear a leather jacket that I really enjoy this time of the year. To avoid scratching the watch I am wearing I have to make sure that shirtsleeve is protecting the watch. Pelle

never noticed when she bought it. I've never worn it. I had thought about having a tailor sew in some soft protection. Or have him turn it into a short sleeve leather jacket and start a new trend?
