And excellent bottles of wine. Where was my invitation? I'm tired of people using Coronavirus as an excuse for not inviting me! And Haute Brion is one of my favorites. There ought to be a law; nobody shall open a bottle of Haute Brion without offering me a taste! (joking of course).
Last night was my first dining at a restaurant since February

My wine mentor would agree and said the key to ‘93 was which wines.

It holds a special place for us as it was the most memorable bottle during our honeymoon 14 years ago. I love how wine brings back very special and exact memories. Like I can still smell the bottle and humid ocean air that night. Warmest regards Patrick,
