We have to take this wine conversation offline and somewhere else I guess. The wines from the 90s are starting to really drink really well. And the ones from the 80s too. Currently quite fixated with Rhône valley, and also Pomerol’s rarer, smaller producers.

The dilemma you mention is real!! On the other hand, life is also just a temporary condition, so once in a while we need to open one of those old bottles. This one turned out really well (luckily) best Christian

I in be got some really old single malt whiskeys some of them getting close to 50 years. The main difference with wine is that the probability it still tastes well is higher haha. Whenever we meet I’ll open one of them

It is an interest that runs in my family and my interest came a bit late but has grown a lot over the past 5- 7 years. My grand father had a wine import business and has always spoiled his family.
