Wine was something recommended for my wife, who did not want anything too dry. It actually worked relatively well :)
But happy to follow any recommendations you may have Food looks adequate for a visit to Vienna?

For me swordfish (cooked) has a tough texture but I never had it as a carpaccio. Does it taste good that way? -MW

I'm not a seafood guy, my wife is, but I can handle truffles + scallops....

Not had abalone since NZ ages ago but liked it lots! Not sure I ever had shark fin soup, though...
