...I can continue posting some of the more likely options for you to choose from. Not sure how it will be with you and Vienna. For me, if I return to London these days, I generally have one major problem - there are never enough meals in a day to go through all the restaurants I would like to. For a one week visit, I would need an average of about 16 per diem to make it work and with full meals at each that somewhat exceeds my digestive capacities 
But then again dieting where you live is probably as much of a shame as dieting here...

I seldom do beef tartare but I've had a great one in Paris and the 'Secret Beef Place' that ED-209 and ThomasM have taken me to. Do you like yours with a raw quail egg? -MW
Steak tartare is the best.

Just a minced or cut piece of meat, enjoyed raw - like a very rare steak I can understand that it\'s difficult to overcome the reaction, though - I guess most of us react that way to some food... Do you eat carpaccio, then?
