I hope it will trigger something at JLC because honestly for all the wachmakers' watchmakers hype caliber performance is not really on par with prices being asked, thinking time only reverso in particular.

Thank you very much for your beautiful post, dear Emmanuel! To my eyes, the finishing on the movement is on par with today’s mass Pateks. This is also true for the Microtor movements they have introduced at the same time. Meaning nice to look at and accur... 

The price-to-quality ratio is perfectly acceptable. And taking the time to create three entirely new calibers with an original design (3/4 rotor or rectangular shape) truly deserves praise. Best, Emmanuel

i would still go for the jlc reverso tribute chronograph Q389256J and the calibre 860. ...

And if I chose a UG Cabriolet, I would want to see the movement: so not a Lempicka. The regular rose gold is CHF 26,050. The full bracelet is CHF 50,000. The steel is CHF 9,800. The one I like the most aesthetically is the full rose gold, but would I buy ... 

I agree with others that a new shaped caliber is an encouraging development, and I find the aesthetics of this one most pleasing. Given the price point, I’d be very curious to see the level of finishing in person. Likewise the cases, which appeal to me in... 

But of course, at this point at least, you would have to buy the bracelet first... And as far as prices are concerned, the steel version is quite reasonably priced at CHF 9,800. Best, Emmanuel

At a basic level, which is the most important one, I like how the watch looks from the dial side. The bracelet version is what I’m drawn to most, and yes while I agree that the rose / black dial is the most visually appealing I do think the steel is a goo... 

Like you, I don't know yet if I like this font and design enough to consider a variant above 10k. The only difference I have is that, even if the steel version is far more “affordable”, the blue/steel combo doesn't appeal to me because it has been done so...
