Barely any water resistance, no lume, but 40mm and beautiful.
My travel watch is a Blancpain 500 Fathoms GMT (pics a few posts down) which his all my criteria but it's yuge - 48mm and tall but so effective and beautiful so you have something to admire while waiting for your flight.

You should have a look at Grand Seiko.
They have quite a few GMT watches in their portfolio and are,from a quality point of view,at least on the same level as Rolex.
Simple, get the Rolex GMT master, I miss my LN so dearly, I have the whole lineup ( Pepsi, Batman, Root beer) but LN is the GMT.
