Great but difficult question.
I have several ones that tick a lot of boxes for me but if i had to choose one i think the AK06 would be the one that is the most special one for me.

For me, it's my Armin Strom Mirrored Force because it has an interesting complication, high level of execution, excellent sizing, and I was able to customize it. The other one is my speedmaster because I find I use the chrono a fair bit, it's super comfy....
