I'm lusting after the Grand Seikos too, Nikolaj!
I particularly like the variant with eggshell-colored dial. So pretty! Your Seikos are very fun and look like they've seen a good life outside the watchbox (The best kind of life for a watch!). Thanks for sharing your photos, and thoughts! I've enjoyed seeing all the Seikos that the various members have posted recently!

My 6309-7040. Added a 12 hr bezel as it's my travel and dive watch...good, so far, to 34m A another 6309-7040 that I put together for a friend. Different dial and hands, good to 74m... In work.......
I love the diver in particular...

Hi Bellmatic for me - well the first Seiko I bought. Very definitly iconic in my opinion. Early 70ies Bellmatic great, but then there's the draw of a blue dial as well Blue dialed 5 Great watches Cheers JML...
The Seiko 5 series offers great value and style IMO.

A combination of...
....disorganisation and generosity. The KS is at least inside the family. Thanks to this thread I remembered who has the Bellmatic. Then there's the Titanium Seiko Superior that I'm doing up for a mate's wife...and the Eterna that sits on another's mantle...

A humble handwind
Dates from either 1963 or 1973 I believe (never can be sure with Seiko's serial number system). A very simple, time only watch. Movement is the 17 jewel cal 66A, handwound....

The great thing about Seiko vintages
