I may not always formulate my correspondence...
...in a traditional format with salutation and closing, but I always try to be cordial and express when something is my opinion, as opposed to stating it as fact. I don't know if I always succeed in my endeavors, but following the golden rule to do unto others, as you would have them do unto you is one of the concepts I try to keep in mind online here at PPro, and in other facets of my life as well.
