I would just get two and go higher quality watches.
1) Rolex
2) Any good indi or Lange.
3) If you have left over buy a decent vintage, don't go for the current hyped vintages.
IMO You spread yourselves too thin with that budget and 5 watches.

The thing is that I am top lucky to already have them. Now, if you ask me to sell a big part of my collection to get 5 other watches, that is another story. But I fear that for at least one

That's a very nice collection, you have a lot of variety there even with just 5 watches.
Discipline is the hardest element of collecting.
