What would your collection look like if you limit yourself to 5 watches?
Say you're willing to spend (grey or list) up to 50,000 € per watch but not more than 125,000 € for the whole collection. You limit yourself down to five watches and want variety, so you pick one watch from each brand and a maximum of two from each catego...
The thing is that I am top lucky to already have them. Now, if you ask me to sell a big part of my collection to get 5 other watches, that is another story. But I fear that for at least one
Maybe two, I will have to go above 125, 000 Euros.
It's not about having the perfect collection...
...it's more about how your collection would look like if you love watches but simply can't build your perfect collection.

That's a very nice collection, you have a lot of variety there even with just 5 watches.
Discipline is the hardest element of collecting.

Impossible for me
I would just get two and go higher quality watches. 1) Rolex 2) Any good indi or Lange. 3) If you have left over buy a decent vintage, don't go for the current hyped vintages. IMO You spread yourselves too thin with that budget and 5 watches.
