Say you're willing to spend (grey or list) up to 50,000 € per watch but not more than 125,000 € for the whole collection. You limit yourself down to five watches and want variety, so you pick one watch from each brand and a maximum of two from each catego...
I think my current collection fits the bill. AP 15400 Panerai 688 Rolex Daytona 116518 A Lange Sohne Grand Lange 1 Moon Phase 18k rose F.P. Journe Centigraph 18k rose I have sport, dress, work, metal bracelet on the ap, rubber strap on the daytona and pan...
i'm slowly working towards that, i'll retain one from what i've today & letting go with few and add (which is the difficulty)... my final 5 would be, 1) JLC Reverso Q3908420 2) Laurent Ferrier Galet Square Blue dial 3) Patek 5711 blue dial (only if i ...
1. Gronefeld Remontoire 1941 2. Lang & Heyne Friedrich III 3. Patek Philippe 7200R London Edition 4. A Lange & Sohne Little Lange Moonphase 5. Cartier Tank Cintree in Platinum Fortunately for me,watches 2,3 and 5 are in my collection. The Gronefeld Remont...
Gronefeld 1941 , Linde Werdelin Okto , FPJ CB , Vianney Halter Classic , Angelus U40 . Its a tough one i must say , would love to add the Akrivia RR to or a MB&F or a Urwerk or a Kari V or a .........😱🤯
Hi Think as with most here I'd struggle with just five watches. Especially as sometimes the fun is in the chase & that once I've got a watch it never leaves. Your budget is way more than my current one - so allows some excess on my part. Choices would inc...
My 5 watches within my ‘limited’ budget. Your budget would open a whole new perspective for me and i would not be able to respond in a timely manner. A lange 1815 honey gold 200th ann JLC Reverso 1931 us edition Omega speedy 60th ann Likely Rolex sub no d...
Patek 5970G Rolex 5512 or 5513 (bracelet) Omega Speedy pro (strap) JLC Reverso (probably the Duo or Grande Date) I think I could get there at 125K Euro.
An interesting challenge I would probably select Vacheron Harmony Complete Calendar Blancpain Bathyscape Chrono Brequet Classique Time only (the one with that white enamel dial) IWC Pilot Mark VIII Le Petit Prince Rolex Explorer To me that’s a well balanc...
This is a tough question, and one I've thought about a lot in recent times. Here's my best shot: Urwerk 105 CT FPJ Chronometre Bleu Rolex Daytona 16520 Patek 5711 Seiko Diver / Swatch Sistem 51 Depending on ones life, and the places one lives or travels t...
Probably my list will change tomorrow but I am a basic guy so here are mine. VC overseas, Breguet 7147, ALS 1815, Rolex GMT and a PP golden ellipse. Nothing exotic but real timepieces.
As obviously, i’m one of the last to respond but i play anyway.. PP 5164 Rolex AK 116900 JLC Reverso 1931 Rouge Panerai 201/A UN Freak (1.0) Interesting exercise. Price wasn’t exactly a motivator but more trying to meet the requirements but at the same ti...
Made me smile actually. I needed Panerai to be nicely represented for some reason.. and something that I can wear all the time and with a bit of pedigree. Easy enough to go with a 127 for example, but I wanted the logo and the T-dial. Arguably THE 44mm Pa...
I would just get two and go higher quality watches. 1) Rolex 2) Any good indi or Lange. 3) If you have left over buy a decent vintage, don't go for the current hyped vintages. IMO You spread yourselves too thin with that budget and 5 watches.
