My G-P ref: 7317 in its open lead-lined box. The meter is at max readout! The watch's actual radiation is about 15 microSvs per hour.
Only wear for maximum of 2 hours per day to stay safe, which is a bit sad. Who would imagine such an innocent looking classic watch being so lethal?
The classic Longines "pilot" watches are great for two hours airborne per day!
One consideration
Have the watch checked for radiation levels. You can never be too safe when it comes to Radium Lume
You're right, I'll check it with my watchmaker. If my memory serves me well, yhis one was pretty high, but I've few radium watches, I have to check.
on some watches there is little radium like the Breguets and yet it rises very high
