My watches value for money will be about any watches
I forget about their worth values.
In this I am lucky because most of the watches I own are watches of which their market values is an hidden interest but not the reason I chose then for. Mind you for some of the pieces I own the acquisition price was an issue… of course (I am was born with a gold spoon in my mouth) 
So watches like JLC MMR, Parmigiani Hebdomadaire, Citizen Pro Master, Jaeger LeCoultre Amvox 1R, Panerai PAM 190, Rolex Deep Sea, Vacheron Constantin Excellence Perpetual Calendar and many others … are to me watches that are worth their initial cost because they give me pleasure that makes me totally forget their blood cost.

Breguet for me
From the AD experience to the details of the watches, I feel that Breguet is the best value for the money. Not talking about resale value here but buying a piece of luxury and beautiful craft.

take the sub for example. there are hundreds of examples of divers watches that are as accurate, have same or better depth rating with excellent finish for far less money. forget the in-house movement, its not relevant, forget the history, Landrover lived...

For me Rolex has an excellent value for money. At least because when you need to sell a Rolex, you don't lose a lot of dollars. That's not the case of almost all the other brands. Fr.Xavier
