Visiting Dresden along with Glashutte is an excellent idea. Also glad to hear that the Uhrenmuseum is a nice one.
As for arranging tours, do you think an AD would do such a thing for a non-customer? Unfortunately I do not (yet) own a watch from any of the Glashutte brands. I suppose it couldn't hurt to ask, but I feel like my odds of success are slim.

Should clarify that it is not mine. Found it online on a site called MasterHorologer. Given that the town is built around a river, the ‘flowing’ look makes a lot of sense.
