I'm always on the lookout for new presentations of the dual time function, but the current crop of out-of-this-world case designs sometimes leaves me with mixed feelings. Right now I spend most of my time pondering over these models:

As for the Panerai GMT
The mosti nteresting, to me, is the Arktos GMT ( 500 pieces ) or the Pam 252 aka North Pole, limited to 500 pieces, too, which is bascally the same than the 186, but with a deep Blue dial instead of a black one... Nice Watches, with a story behind, and GM...

Personally, I find this one less interesting than the 252 or the 186
