Gaz, it is good to hear positive news on service issue.
My MIH is fine so far since I bought it in August last year.
I am wondering whether the problem occurred on MIH is due to the fact that Paul Gerber does not execute the MIH himself, instead it is performed by his team members.
Anyway, Embassy is quick to respond to query from my personal experience.

In MIH booklet, it says this: "it was also he who accepted the task of building EVERY SINGLE MIH Watch, aided by his craftmen." If you say that Paul Gerber is no longer execute MIH, then MIH booklet's information should be amended to reflect correct fact....
