displayed a lot of class but it does not address the root of the issue, that there are potential quality control issues on the production end.
Given the professionalism displayed by Embassy, I have no doubt that feedback has been provided to Mr Paul Gerber. Certainly, better QC before each watch is sent out is required. And QC was certainly an issue I grilled the two indepedent watch makers - Stepan and Romain on before making my purchases.

In MIH booklet, it says this: "it was also he who accepted the task of building EVERY SINGLE MIH Watch, aided by his craftmen." If you say that Paul Gerber is no longer execute MIH, then MIH booklet's information should be amended to reflect correct fact....
