Suspension and escapement
Hi David,
Fascinating idea for the suspension - I need to mull it over and see if I understand it.
The escapement also looks interesting. Does the screw on the actuating arm adjust the locking or depth of engagement or...? The impulse seems to be happening virtually at the acting center or rotation of the pendulum - have I misunderstood? I'm also intrigued by the adjusting screws on top of the suspension spring mounting block: it looks as though you can adjust how they hang rather then letting them find vertical ont heir own and then locking them down. Is this to do with the gimball mount?

Thanks for the info David. I am also not aware of any info about Beat's double pendulum, but I have never really asked as my interest is more on his resonant double tourbillon. He told me that for that watch the resonant effect is much more than he expect...
