Before it is 2027, it comes faster than you think.
In my case i go faster than expected with collecting.
My exit watch is almost there, but i wait till the AD contact me.
But should it my exit watch? My last grail, grail watch 2.
Yesterday i wrote about the Breitling Chronospace. So there is no exit watch.
Albeit i go collect on a different way. More the vintage way.

The dial looks like enamel…is it? But I agree that the equal length hands and recessed seconds track make for a distinguished piece.

One of the reasons I actually did not order the watch 4 years ago when I first tried it on was because the wait was only 9 months. I am a total loony and actually like the wait although I would have preffered it to be 3 to 4 years. But 5 is ok

I have chosen the arabic numerals on mine.
with a steel case and no cyphers. Ok, with a dark blue strap which will contrast well aginst the blue numerals. I have no idea actually what my wrist size is. I will let you know when I get back to Malaysia next week.

And that works out perfectly actually because if every enthusiast was happy to wait 6,8 or 10 years for a watch, the waiting lists would be hyper long!

I can sympathize with the wait. I am 6 months in waiting on a KV, with an expected delivery of "early 2025." The waiting is the hardest part.
So while waiting it is important to keep ourselves pre occupied with other pursuits
- like buying other watches or actually doing something entirely different! Congratulations on the Voutilainen - one of my favourite brands that I do not own!
