After all, straps must be made! If I recall properly, the straps are also supposed to be lined in natural rubber, so there's the rubber tree plantation to be cultivated as well. All joking aside, these watches are going to make for the greatest watch dinn...

that this watch will be the most personal watch ever produced. I can't imagine another maker putting that much efforts, thoughts, energy and love into his products, even facing the danger of alienating some clients. I am really looking forward to this fin... 

Totally agree with you on that one. I think Volker could possibly make more money writing a book about his experiences with some photos of the process!

I really liked it in pictures, I debated, I ordered pamphlets, received them... but in the end, I didn't feel thel 'urge to splurge.' Still, I will be very excited to see this man's work in pics--congratulations to the future owners!! This message has bee...

I was put on a wait list way back when. Not sure if I moved into the order pile as folks dropped out. Or, maybe I'm still on the wait list. Or, VV may have no record of me whatsoever. In any event, I do look forward to seeing this one when completed. Darr... 

I know we have all asked this question before! I have had follow up conversations with Michael and I was asking for the latest dial pictures. He said he was happy to do it but prefer to wait till later since Volker is doing some baic work on the dial for ... 

As long as Volker is still alive and he has not abandoned the project, there is still hope. Perhaps, Volker will give a big surprise to the owners upon delivery. Happy waiting! Regards Ling
