Titanium should have been the standard metal for the series in my opinion. I think it was a misstep by IWC to have a titanium Ingenieur as a stand alone.
A movement upgrade and exhibition case back would have been phenomenal! I haven’t had any issues with my Ingenieur so far even though the movement is controversial!

It looks very similar to any other watches of their era. A bit soul-less, IMO. The SL has much more character and iconic..

Wow, I really like your brown dial variant. You have great taste! I'm hoping for a special movement! And I really like the sandblasted titanium variant with its shiny titanium - if they put a special movement inside that watch, I'd probably acquire one.

Last year was such a big Ingenieur year, I don’t expect much….
But would be pleased nevertheless…. More is better in my book! Maybe a chronograph? If they can keep the thicknesses under control….
