Exactly.
Overlay the CS model with the 99.3 (minus two subdials) and you see it. The CS looks to me to have too much blank dial acreage. PR at 12, dial text between the center and the 6, and you have some measure of balance. No numbers eaten, either.
I know little of movement design, but it seems to me that this would be one step less complicated than the Regulator movement, since the hours hand isn't moved out of center.

I agree. I have a wrist somewhere between 6.5 and 6.75. Had as Dornbluth for a while (moved to Habrig2) and really liked the fit. Plus the silver dial was amazing. Almost like a speck but not quite.
