Ken, I'm sorry to hear of such issues...

 

There's simply no excuse for such treatment and clearly they're not smart enough to realize that good customer service may eventually translate into sales.


In any case, I sincerely hope the brand sees your post and realizes the bad publicity this staff has created for the brand.
