Got this back via the AD:
‘To ensure the efficiency of your watch, the following intervention is necessary- Complete service’
No other information as to what is wrong etc. I've also been in contact with JLC Customer Services via the website and had very standard responses from them, just an assurance that my watch will be given priority. The AD is going back to the Service Centre for more information.
I don't think a watch of this 'calibre' should fail after less wear time than the 1000 Hours Test....
