The Master Control Date has always been a sober, serious and class watch. A bit like the grandmother, the Geomatic. And it still is the case this year, with the introduction of the new model. There were two exceptions, here, with two more " extravagant " ...

I kind of have trouble explaining what I think it's so good about it, why it's so striking to me (it's just a simple watch with a black dial!), but it is.

I had the black 976 Reverso, got compliments on it all the time.
