I was expecting more of AP, especially given that I'm living in Zurich a can directly deal with their Boutique (although run on a franchise by Bucherer). I would have had absolutely no issues if removing the dust of the dial of a 4 months' old watch that shouldn't have passed their QC in th the first place wouldn't have taken them 10 weeks to rectify and their arrogant behaviour. In my view they don't live to their positioning. But what can one expect as a buyer of a 22k CHF stainless steel watch ;-). All fine now, I don't miss the AP15202 as I still have a 5711, which gets a lot more wristtime. Best
