I was told he would be in direct contact with me. All of my information was included with the service, and I even have my own email address on this website. But nothing, nada, zilch. So that tells me that the head guy does not care at all about the people actually purchasing the watch. And obviously he could care less about addressing these real issues.
I did fall in love with the timepiece, and now, everything works as it should. But it feels like flipping a coin - maybe it works many years now without fail, but maybe it does not. And if that is the 50% that proves true, I could not imagine having to deal with this brand again. So disappointing. I want to own and enjoy this timepiece. I was never upset the watch stopped working. That happens here and there with every brand. OK, maybe my turn for the bad luck. But goodness gracious, the support was not only average or below average... it was angering. Not the way to treat a client for this sort of product.
