Someone - hopefully a fellow Purist - will get a great deal on my watch. As I have said, the watch itself is beyond debate. I never was upset over it failing. My goodness, it is an extremely intricate mechanical object, and these things happen. I am upset over the service process, and complete lack of respect shown from the top. Even the authorized dealer who sold me the watch tried to get involved on my behalf, and were told my MB to let them handle it themselves. OK, they did, and they suck at that.
