I am sorry to read about this.
In my opinion, this kind of service for such a brand is completely unacceptable. I hope there is some mistake, and/or they can fix it sooner.
I also understand your feelings, and this is merely one of many such complaints I read about here (mine included with AP). Shows how badly the brands (most, not all) treat after-sales service. I do not know what needs to be done by the customers, but I know the PuristS community has always come together and tried to stand up to this.
