I've read your post and the answers. I shall admit that your story is horrible.

It seems that bad service is a widely spread problem in the watchmaking. Believe me or not - I considered your watch to be impeccable in terms of movement. Now I shall avoid it, though it is a magnificent Minerva.

I wonder what brands keep their service high.
