The Pam 305 is certainly the nicest Panerai introduced this year, with the Egiziano. I agree with you on this point. You wondered why Panerai didn't use horizontal baton markers at 3 and 9? Look at the 2533... There is no date nor small seconds on the 253... 

and the rules in reguards to "Divers" wrist watches ,the small seconds hand should have a luminous tip or tail so you can tell that you watch is still running in total darkness and this makes very good sense to me . Thank you for this review Anthony.... W...

excellent pics and nice observations of the things that, as a buyer, you want to know. I tried on a 44mm SUB last week and also have to say how comfy the strap is...great job by Panerai. Yours, Andy.

Love the photos and the attention to detail. I have to agree with the post above, the baton markers, while very nice, is a bit out of sorts for a Lum. Then again, I am a newbie to the PAM virus. Love the closeups of the P9000 as I could never get those sh... 

And if you have the same wrist size as me, you should definitely try on the PAM305. If the PAM305 does feel too large, still try on a non-submersible 47mm because it'll still feel smaller since it won't be as thick. Cheers, Anthony

I think Panerai is successful in pinpointing what exactly that the public likes about their watches...maybe it's the simple design, or the curves of the case or the shapes they use. Whatever it is, they've managed to hone in on it and keep it consistent s...

As a long time Paneristi, I have to say I wasn't quite overwhelmed when I saw the 305 in the metal. It's a nice watch, don't get me wrong, but I'm not sure of the bang for the buck value. And as for the bezel, i found the Blancpain 50 Fathoms to be much b... 

However, it does help 1000x more for me when I'm reviewing a watch that I absolutely like and a brand that I am passionate about. Definitely helps with me being able to add more of my personal thoughts and commentary on the subject which I feel makes revi...

It was a pleasure to write, and I tried to include as much information, some history, and opinion so even those who aren't familiar with Panerai watches can understand every little aspect of Panerai and the PAM305. When I had Ping (my wife) read my final ... 

The only think I would love to see in Panerai's submersible is 'tritium' markers. Cheers.
