I had a very negative experience with a major Richemont brand...
At the end of the day I hired an attorney and only then did they refund my purchase and take the watch back. Company ethics and ethos eventually reveal themselves negatively and in my experience with Omega very positively. Probably one of the reasons I have so many Omegas.
