Seriously, I would make a lot of things:

1st, I'd study the Story of the Brand, and wouldn't say that Panerai only made 300 watches from 1936 till 1997, as Panerai made aound 1500 Vintage watches, and more than 800 Pre Vendome watches.

2d, learning the story of the brand, I'd re edit all the marvellous Vintage watches, as it was done for the 127, and the Cali + 232...

Id go further,  launching a 47mm Luminor Base,, and a Destro Version, + The fabulous Small Egitiano, + a replica of the Big Egitiano, but in 47mm instead of the original 60mm, I'd not forget a re edition of the Mare Nostrum .

In this direction, I'd re edit all the Compass ( done with the 191,but also Torches and Depth Meter )...

3rd, I'd have a very strict politic about the LE....I'd promise to not do some OOR re edition of watches I presented like an unique edition of XXX pieces...

Again, I'd choose for a very small LE batch of watches, the rule " First on the list, First served "...To avoid the mess like it was the case for the 203.

4th, I'd develop a horlogical department and watches, with some nice complications or / and in house movements, which
I'd integrate in a new case, and not in historical and military cases...Which is pure non sense.

5th, I'd have a lot of care about restoring watches of the past, of MY past, and will have a stock of tritium parts to not destroy what makes my past very rich, passionate and interesting.

And for the end, I'd create a Purist LE, to thank this web site that makes a lot for the brand...

Here's my programm...100% sincere, non OOR, and passionate.
