What took my first attention was its "SIZE"....as everyone knows that no one loves to wear more than 36-38mm watches, especially 10 years ago. A guy or gal who wears big watch was considered to be a wierdo.. and look pretty strange! So, when I first saw P... 

Wearing these 44, 45, or 47mm monsters has tainted my ability to wear a 38mm watch comfortably. Takes a while to get used to wearing a small watch now but in the end, I still prefer 44 over 38 anyday! Cheers, Anthony

No other watches that I've worn prior to Panerai had the physical and emotional presence that these tuna cans have on the wrist. There is a feeling of attachment that I've not experienced with other brands. Of course, this is a combination of design, size...
