Hello my dear friend Yacomino!! Thank you so much for your message! I like the watch very much and it took a lot of thinking before deciding which bezel variant to choose.
The orange bezel and numerals is beautiful and truly stunning. But I discarded that option because I already own an orange version of the First Generation.
Then I thought the black version was the one for me as I was looking for a more discreet option.
But viewing the watches in the metal and observing that both black and blue were so shiny and eye catching the idea of a low profile watch vanished.
Then I opted for the blue one as the color is very beautiful for my personal taste.
You should see the watches in the metal and try on your own wrist. The orange is very very tempting for sure. But always is best to view a watch on the our own wrist.

Both the Ultra Deep and the new Generation SM PO do not have the traditional external He Valve. As our dear Art well says the special reinforced case and type of steel makes the trick...
... and I suspect the glass design and sealing is also contributes to the possibility of abandon the traditional valve. Cheers! Abel

does this meet cosc certification requirements? Not sure if a valve is required.
